Once upon a time certain members of our big family had a dream. These members shared their dreams with each other only to find out that they’d been dreaming pretty much the same stories. So their dreams became one dream that they polished and developed, their vision expanded and became their reality over time.

We had always dreamt of creating a brunch place where we use fresh, seasonal ingredients, where all dishes are exciting and nourishing, and where we can combine our love for colorful international cuisines, such as Middle-Eastern, South-East Asian and Latin-American cuisines with local ingredients. Fortunately, our dream came true and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share it with you.

“I’ve always dreamt of a cake counter where the imperfections of a grandma’s kitchen meet the elegance of French baking technologies and the charming bohemianism of the Italians. My recipe? Combining these three as my favorite ingredients, adding a handful of experience of my own, flavoring it with a pinch of local goodies – this is how I make the divine cakes of Red-currant “Ribizli” Sweetsmanufactory”
